1 gas system failure - air supply fails
Gas source common fault occurs in air compressors, valves , piping, compressed air treatment components.

( 4 ) Compressed air handling component failures. Oil-water separator filter clogged , broken, drain valve moving parts are not flexible . 2 gas system malfunction - cylinder failure
( A ) within the cylinder , external leakage , usually due to the eccentric rod installation , lubricating oil supply shortage , seals and sealing ring worn or damaged , the cylinder piston rod with impurities and bruises caused . Re-adjust the center position of the piston rod , the need to frequently check the reliability of the lubricator , timely removal of impurities within the cylinder ; piston rod bruises , should get a new piece .
( 2 ) lack of cylinder output force and movement is not smooth, generally pistons or piston rod is stuck due to poor lubrication , air supply is insufficient, or cylinder with condensate and impurities. Should be adjusted to the center of the piston rod ; checking the reliability of the lubricator ; supply line is blocked , the cylinder should be promptly removed condensate and impurities.
( 3 ) the cylinder cushioning effect is bad, usually due to a buffer seal worn or damaged adjusting screw , replace the seals and adjusting screw .
( 4 ) the piston rod and cylinder head damage , usually due to the eccentric rod installation or buffering mechanism does not work, should adjust the center position of the piston rod , if necessary, replace the buffer ring or adjusting screws.
3 air system failure - valve failure
( 1 ) can not change the direction or commutation slow . Should first check the lubricator is working properly ; lubricants Exclusion degree is appropriate. If necessary, change the oil , clean the sliding valve springs and valve parts or replacement .
( 2 ) Spool seals wear, plug and seat damage , the valve of the gas leak , slow or not functioning commutation should replace the seals , valve and seat , if necessary, replace the valve .
( 3 ) into the pilot solenoid valve , sludge and other vent is clogged , the strict closure , activity spool is stuck and circuit failure , can lead to valve can not be normal commutation. Pilot solenoid valve should be cleaned and activities on the spool sludge and other impurities. Check the circuit failure , should first manual valve knob a few turns , look at the rated air pressure valve is functioning properly commutation , if normal commutation , it is a circuit failure . Inspection , the available instrument measuring the voltage of the solenoid , to see whether the rated voltage, if the voltage is too low , should further examine the power control circuit and the associated limit switch circuit . 4 gas system failure - failure pneumatic auxiliary components

5 air system failure - mechanical failure
