Steps of changing pistons for ready mixed concrete batching plant:
a. The anti-pumping button should be pressed to test pressure when electromotor is on, which will push a piston to the valve housing.
b. Specific socket spanner should be stretched into to disassemble the bolt connecting piston and piston rod. If piston rod rotates, the operator can test pressure and screw it simultaneously.
c. Removing the piston, the concrete mix plant operator should lubricate the new piston after changing the old one;
d. The operation of installing pistons is opposite with the above steps.
e. In the process of working, the concrete mixing batch plant should be stopped when changing pistons for it. If possible, renewal of pistons should be avoided to prevent concrete from flowing into water tank
 when pumping concrete.
