The three processes of supplying, mixing and discharging of the mixer are carried out according to a certain time interval cycle, that is, mixing by parts. Since the various materials are accurately weighed, the mixing quality is good. At present, most users use this type of operation.   In the continuous operation type, the three processes of feeding, mixing and discharging are carried out continuously in a long cylinder. Although its productivity is higher than that of the cycle operation type, the mixing quality is poor because the ratio of each material and the mixing time are difficult to control. At present, it is less used.  
 
By mixing method.
 
Self-falling mixer is to put the mixture in a rotating drum, with the rotation of the drum, the drum blade to lift the mixture to a certain height, and then free to scatter down by its own weight. This is done week after week, until the mixer. This mixer generally mixes plastic and semi-plastic concrete.    
 
Forced mixer is the mixing drum is not moving, but by the drum rotating shaft on the evenly placed blades forced mixing. This mixer mixes good quality, high production efficiency; but power consumption, and blade wear fast. It is generally suitable for mixing dry concrete. It belongs to the mixing equipment of mixing materials in the production of gray sand brick, which mainly solves the problem that it is not easy to control the amount of water added to the twin-shaft mixer, the mixing force is small, so that the material is easy to unite the warehouse, the machine includes planetary mixing mechanism, vortex mixing mechanism, mixing drum, discharge mechanism, mixer frame and bottom frame and other parts, the center of the mixing drum is set with vortex mixer, in the vortex mixer on both sides of the frame, symmetrically arranged with two planetary mixer The two planetary mixers are rotating relative to each other, and the vortex mixer and the mixing drum are rotating in opposite direction, so the mixing force of the machine is large, and the problem of uniting the bins is solved.

Fixed mixer is installed on a pre-prepared basis, the whole machine can not be moved. It has large volume and high production efficiency. It is mostly used in mixing building or mixing station.    
 
The mobile mixer itself has driving wheels, and is small in size and light in weight, so it has good mobility. It is used in small and medium-sized temporary projects.  
 
According to the discharge mode.   
 
The tilting type relies on the tilting of the drum to discharge, while the non-tilting type relies on the reversal of the drum to discharge.  
 
According to the shape of mixing drum.   
 
There are five types: pear type, drum type, double cone type, disc vertical shaft type and circular groove horizontal shaft type. The first three are self-falling mixing; the last two are forced mixing, which are less used in China.  
 
According to the mixing capacity.   
 
There are large (discharging capacity 1000~3000L), medium (discharging capacity 300~500L) and small (discharging capacity 50~250L).
