How to ensure the safe operation of mixing plant

 Three parts shall be strictly monitored to ensure the safe operation of the mixing plant

 
1. Safety requirements for the electrical system of the mixing plant during equipment selection, the safety requirements for the electrical system include that the equipment console shall be equipped with an emergency power-off switch, which can cut off the main power supply in case of emergency, and the emergency power-off switch cannot be reset automatically. The maintenance cover and opening and closing power supply of the forced mixing host shall be equipped with an interlocking device. When the maintenance cover is opened, the power supply shall be cut off, and the host cannot be started. In the foundation design of the mixing plant, it shall be considered to set a special grounding grid, which shall be reliably electrically connected with the building and powder silo, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 10 Ω. The computer control system shall be equipped with an independent grounding grid, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 4 Ω.
 
2. The safety requirements for structural components are specified in the standard for commercial concrete mixing plant. Safety protection devices shall be set at the operation platform, feeding, aggregate bin, cement bin and other parts of the mixing plant involving personal safety. The exposed parts of the transmission system shall be equipped with protective devices and safety maintenance protective devices. The width of platform and walkway shall not be less than 50cm, and skirting board with a height of not less than 5cm shall be set at the edge to prevent tools, metals and other materials from falling into the gap of walkway pedal and causing personal casualties.
 
3. Safety design of mixing plant foundation the design of mixing plant foundation shall be designed and confirmed by qualified designers according to the local geology or the actual situation on the site. The allowable ground compressive stress is generally 0.2 ~ 0.3MPa, and the foundation strength is calculated according to gb5007 standard. For hard soil, after excavation, the foundation concrete can be poured only after the bottom bedding treatment. C30 concrete is generally used. After soft foundation excavation, different processes must be selected for foundation bottom reinforcement according to the filling degree after excavation. The common reinforcement methods of the mixing plant include driving plum blossom piles, or increasing the foundation area to increase the foundation bearing capacity and prevent potential hazards to equipment and production caused by foundation cracking and subsidence in the future.
