What do you need to pay close attention to when buying a new mixing plant

 

Inspection and preparation before commissioning

 

(1) Check whether the lubricating grease of each part is sufficient and good. During commissioning, it must be observed that there is grease overflow at the four shaft end sealing plates in the mixing drum.

 

(2) Check the installation of each part, whether the connecting bolts are fastened and whether the chain connection is reliable.

 

(3) Check whether the configured pneumatic system is normal and whether the discharge door is in the closed position

 

(4) Check whether there are foreign matters in the mixing drum, and tighten the lining plate, blade and mixing arm bolts again to prevent falling off.

 

(5) Check whether the supporting electrical system is normal.

 

(6) Check whether the supporting water supply, aggregate and powder systems are normal.

 

(7) The gap between the blade and the lining plate of the mixing host shall not be greater than 5mm. If it is greater than this gap, it shall be adjusted at any time. Under normal production conditions, the lining plate of the host needs to be replaced after 37000 times and 25000 times. The grounding resistance of the control room is 4 Ω.

 

In addition, during the initial operation of the new machine, the problem of material jamming often occurs. It is recommended not to use brute force. It can be operated according to the instructions or the manufacturer's instructions.
