Concrete mixer should be used second level leakage protection. When start the power to work, you should look at it, and then test the mixer. If the mixer is empty, the mixer can work properly. You must be preceded by a drum rotation speed test mixer. Generally, 2-3 empty bucket faster than a full drum circle.If the speed has a large gap, you need to adjust the ratio of the driving wheel and balance wheel. Ensure that the rotary drum and the same direction of the arrow. If not, you need to change the wiring of the motor.

 

Check the transmission clutches and brakes flexible, reliable or not, whether damaged or rope, pulley track whether good or bad, but also check whether the situation and lubricated properly. If it is then used concrete mixers, you should lock switch box to ensure safety.

 

So, when the operator found concrete mixer device leakage problem, it should promptly cut off power to prevent the occurrence causing casualties and accidents. Then check the reason for this situation after disconnecting power and take timely maintenance.
