Concrete pan mixer scheme planned preventive maintenance system

(A) maintenance used portable concrete mixers
1, every 700 hours for all jobs.
2, check whether the self loading concrete mixer Drum running steady; roller contact is good; gears are normal; make repairs if necessary.
3, check gearbox operation is normal, there is no abnormal impact sound, departments shall not leak. Clean the gearbox replaced with new oil.
4, check the clutch brake pad wear, if necessary, replace parts. Adjust the adjustment screw and outer compression spring of brake pressure.
5, check the seal of the water supply system, if necessary replace new seal, clean the water tank.
6, check the reliability of the feeding and all parts of body, flexible and make adjustments.
7, check the tightness of bolts, dust cleaned all parts and paint finishes for moderate.
8, check the wire rope damage, and to apply the right amount of butter, if loose or damaged wire rope, for a replacement.
9, check the tire pressure, tire pressure up to 3.5-4Mpa and tighten the wheel bolts.
(B)Hydraulic agitator repair
1, every 2,400 hours for all jobs.
2, dismantling, cleaning gear, check for wear, if necessary, change, add new oil.
3, check v-belts for wear and, if necessary, replace parts.
4, dismantling the wheel, clean the filling. If necessary, replace the new one.
5, cleaning exposed drive gears, add new oil.
6, check the blades for wear, wear and welding or updates.
