1. Following requirements of the cement mixer operation instruction, check each system and component of cement mixer item by item. Check mixing drum and mixing blades direction when cement mixer is empty. Operation and brake of each device should be confirmed normal before starting cement mixer.

 

2. Place stationery cement mixer in the firm pedestal. Cover the bolts under the ground for long term use, and install the cement mixer on the wooden platform for a short time use.

 

3. Install portable cement mixer on a flat and hard ground, and ensure the tires on a level ground without any pressure. If the operation time is more than three months or even more, users should remove and keep the tires and do some cleaning and rust prevention works to avoid rusting.

 

4. Take the feeding when mixing drum reaches the normal speed after starting cement mixer, and add water in time; Discharge the original materials before feeding new raw materials. It’s prohibited to stop cement mixer halfway or start the cement mixer when overloading, unless the reversal discharging.
