 The followings are the introduction of the discharging system of the JS series twin shaft forced type beton mixer introduced by Bona Enterprise . The discharging system of JS series twin shaft forced type beton mixer is composed of discharging door and discharging manual operating rod. If the JS series twin shaft forced type beton mixer is equipped with electric pusher device, the JS series twin shaft forced type beton mixer can realize the remote operation. The discharging door of JS series twin shaft forced type beton mixer is installed on the bottom of the twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer. With the help of the electric pusher device, the JS series twin shaft forced type beton mixer can realize the motorized discharging. The supporting abutment of electric pusher is installed on the chassis of JS series twin shaft forced type beton mixer. On the left and right of the top of the discharging door, there respectively exists to be a limit switch to control the open and close position of discharging door. The sealing of the discharging door can be guaranteed by the adjustment of sealing strip. The discharging manual operating rod of the twin shaft concrete mixer can be used in the emergency discharging of temporary electricity interruption and the discharging when the electric pusher is out of order. When using the handle, it is necessary to be off the electric pusher. There are two limit switches in the junction box of electric pusher with the function of overload protection.
