Concrete Mixer Operating Rules

A concrete mixer (also commonly called a cement mixer) is a device that homogeneously combines cement, aggregate such as sand or gravel, and water to form concrete.
1. Concrete mixer should be installed in a solid place with a bracket to support stably. Never support it with tires.
2. Check if control system and all parts of the machine are in good working condition before putting it into use. There should not be any other things in the drum.
3. It's forbidden to pass through or stay under the hopper when it is hoisting. The hopper should be fastened well after the work is done.
4. Never put any tools into the drum when it is working.
5. Fasten the hopper well and cut off power in situation overhaul. You can go in the drum to overhaul only when someone is out there monitoring for you.
