As an important component of concrete mixing station, concrete mixer should be paid attention to the following points:
1. Concrete mixer must be placed at the flat position in order to prevent the machine moving around when it is running.
2. It is necessary to implement the secondary leakage protection. Before starting concrete mixer, the operator must check the machine and ensure it functioning properly.
3. The operator should check whether the drum rotating speed is normal and adjust the proportion of the rotating wheel and other parts of the machine; after all the check work completion, the mixer can be started.
4. In addition, before operating the mixer, the user must check whether the drum mixing direction is consistent with the arrow pointing direction, if not, immediately adjust the circuit.
