Operation Process of Concrete Mixer

Now Bona will introduce the operation process of concrete mixer to you:

1.For the concrete mixer needing dig hopper pit, it should block up and tamp the around pit to prevent the surface water from flowing into the pit.

 

2. self loading concrete mixer should be installed on the hard and flat ground and firm it by wood or strut, and keep the tire from pressure. 

1. Check and test the concrete mixer as the requirements of operation instruction before starting concrete mixer. Check the rotation direction of mixing drum and mixing blades, the operation of the work unit, and brake whether they are normal before operating.

2. Fixed concrete mixer should be installed on the firm pedestal. If using it for a long time, you should bury the foundation bolt under the ground. If not, place it over the wooden platform steadily
