Necessary checking before concrete batching plant’s working

b. Before initial operation, mix one cubic meter of mortar so as to eliminate static clearance, reduce the liner plate wear of mixer

c.In concrete batching plant’s cumulated in the water filler of the pneumatic system. if water is surplus, please Open the manual valve to drain away water. Check the oil level in the oil mist, if oil level is too low, please add HU-30（GB253）  antirust turbine oil or the equivalent, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of air reservoir to discharge sewage. 

d. In freezing season or long storage, before using, please check if the systems with water and additive have oil leakage, 

e. Check the water, keep the water clean. 

f. Check the oil- level height of air compressor, please use 13 # compressor lubricating oil in winter and lubricating oil in summer(or refer to the air compressor operation instruction.)
