In 1984, China has enacted laws to restrict noise pollution of engineeringconcrete mixer machinery. Although these rules are not specific, management of noise pollution has been the weakness of commercial concrete mixer and demands on controlling noise produced by mechanical concrete batching plant equipment are increasingly strict.
First, noise pollution cause by municipal constructions located in densely populated city centers, greatly affected normal life of residents around.
Second, because source of noise pollution is vibration which can lead to damage of some components of concrete mixer equipment and shorten service life of the concrete mixer machine so that concrete batching plant is generally built in the suburbs.
Generally speaking, restrictions on noise pollution of engineering machinery in Europe are more serious than China.
