Concrete batching plant’s temperature control

Temperature too high or too low will cause some problems during the operation process of the concrete batching plant, the temperature of various components has its own normal range. Below or above this range will accelerate the corrosion parts, thus causing oil deterioration and resulting in changes in material properties and so on. Tests showed that among all kinds of construction machinery, the main drive gear and the bearing’s corrosion frequency will increase by 10 to 12 times when the lubricating oil is at -5 ℃, not at3 ℃. But when the temperature is too high, it will also accelerate the deterioration of lubricating oil such as when the oil temperature is 55 ~ 60 ℃.
 
During the working process of stationary/mobile cement batching plant. we must prevent the mechanical operation at high temperatures. During the mechanical operation process we should always check the thermometers and find the problem immediately to stop it we must prevent the mechanical operation at high temperatures.
