Working Process

1.Aggregates delivering: wheel loader-àaggregate bins-àlifting bucket-àaggregates weighing hopper-àconcrete mixer

Wheel loader delivers several aggregates (stone, sand, ect) to PLD aggregate bunker. After matching all sorts of aggregates, the lifting bucket delivers well-matched aggregates to concrete mixer.

2 Cement delivering: cement truck-cement silo-screw conveyor-cement weighing tank-concrete mixer

Bulk cement is delivered to cement silo by cement truck. Then through screw conveyor, cement is transported to concrete mixer after being weighed.

3 Water and additive (option) delivering: source tank-pump-weighing tank-concrete mixer

Water and additive (option) are delivered to weighing tank by pump. After being weighed, they come to concrete mixer.
