Planetary Concrete Mixer, Compulsory concrete mixer

Different concrete mixers types have been developed in China or other countries and each style concrete mixer has its own inherent strengths targeting different parts of the concrete production market. The most common mixers used today are Self-loading concrete mixer and Compulsory concrete mixer. However, planetary concrete mixer which belongs to Compulsory concrete mixer has seven superior features that other type concrete mixer cannot achieved. 

Planetary Concrete Mixer features:
1. Steady Driving
The power transmission can be guaranteed normally by a hard surface gearbox and electrical motor.
2. High Mixing Efficiency
The gear box drives the mixing arms combined with rotary mixing blades to rotate turbulently with complex track at an extremely high speed. High efficiency will be realized.
3. Homogeneous Mixing
Mixing blades are composed of several groups of mixing arms and blades, which cover the entire mixing region of drum to eliminate possibility of blind corner. Both revolution and rotation of mixing blades ensure the homogeneity of the material.
4. Multiple Discharging Method
The discharging door can be designed hydraulically, pneumatically or manually just as customers demand.
5. Special Designed Water Sprayer
Special designed sprayer makes the water cloud cover more area and ensure the even distribution of materials.
6. Easy to maintain and no leakage problem.
Transmission system (including motor) is located at the top of mixing drum, completely separated from the concrete. It’s convenient for maintenance and there is no leakage problem at the shaft end.
7. Environmental protection
The whole operation, which is fully enclosed, will not produce any pollution to the environment.
