Operator regulations of concrete central mixing plant

Everyone is aware of the fact that staff management is essential for not only an international company but also the small factory. For concrete central mixing plant, it is a more important issue that we should pay enough attention to.

Mobile concrete mixer manager need to confirm input combinations and retest all data carefully. Operators’ testers should verify, sign up their names and be put on record before production. Concrete production should be on the basis of production proportion. Without written instructions, testers in laboratory couldn’t let anyone change raw material, additive and water. 

The concrete mixing time is decided by conditions, and testers can’t plus or reduce mixing time without permission. The mobile concrete central mixing plants that are used to produce commercial concrete should be observed closely to keep accurate measurement and adjust errors in time. All measuring should be finished in no overloading situation and should be in minimum range. If metering system has any problems, it should be informed and solved in time.

In addition, we are supposed to apply humanized management fist; operators who are under a condition of extreme fatigue shall not work anymore. All the operators equipped in the concrete central mixing plant should obey strictly.
