How to operate concrete mixer in a correct way?

Operate the concrete mixer according to the discipline strictly is the base to ensure the concrete machine keeping a good status, and ensure produce progress in normal and the quality of concrete. Users should pay attentions to the following:

1.       check fastener before starting the machine to ensure no loose, check lubricating oil is whether enough or each rotating part whether exist stuck phenomenon.

2.       Disconnect clutch and then start the power. Connect the clutch when the mixer reach the normal speed and run into the load conditions.

3.       Start the next process before running in the load conditions, in case of blocking material.

4.       Pay attention to cats and prevent it fall into the mix tank. Stop the machine and take that out once found.

5.       Pay attention to the sound and shake of concrete mixer parts, temperature of shaft lift and motor.

6.       Discharging all materials when the machine ends work. Clean up all the cats in the concrete drum.
