How to maintain the mixing station crane

The hoist is an important part of the concrete mixing station, which plays an irreplaceable role in the whole production line. Because the application of the hoist is more frequent, it is necessary to carry out regular inspection and maintenance. But many users do not know how to maintain the mixing station crane, so that the mixing station crane wear is serious, which is dangerous to the operator and machinery.

Daily maintenance:

1. Inspect all visible parts of the hoist wire rope for damage and deformation.

2. Inspect wire rope related moving and fixed parts of hoist, especially rolls, pulleys and walking wheels.

3. Clean the wire rope with a brush. Do not use any solvents.

Dust hardens grease and prevents new grease from penetrating into the wire rope. Corrosion of the wire rope can only be prevented if there is sufficient grease on the wire rope. Unused wire ropes can be coated with grease or paint to prevent corrosion. If lubrication is not convenient for a short period of time due to operation, monitoring should be strengthened accordingly.
