1、 Generally speaking, deep groove ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings are widely used in motors. During installation, after the axial positioning of one side is completed, the axial floating of the other side is firm. If the motor is found to move, first check whether the axial positioning is reliable. If you choose cylindrical roller bearing, it cannot be used as positioning bearing for motor, so as not to cause excessive movement.

 

2、 The motor is noisy during operation. The noise of several powder mortar mixers is too high. You can replace it with grease and clearance. The grease should be of lower viscosity and better bearing in noise control. Generally, imported bearings will be used. The clearance can be smaller, and it should not be too small to cause locking. Lubricating grease should be used with lower viscosity and better bearing in noise control. Generally, imported bearings will be used.

 

3、 Shaft movement causes bearing burnout. The reason why the bearing is burnt out is that the positioning bearing bears too much axial load. Therefore, when selecting the positioning bearing, you need to see how much the axial load is and whether it can be borne compared with the selected bearing. NJ series cylindrical roller bearings, this axial load is borne by the operating part, and the load greater than it cannot be borne. The axial capacity of deep groove ball bearing is one quarter of that of radial bearing, and it can bear 4 times larger load than itself. In addition, if a deep groove ball bearing is used, one end of the bearing is fixed with the shaft to limit the shaft movement. A corrugated gasket can be used to limit its movement.

 

4、 The bearing runs out of the outer ring. Aluminum bearing chamber and cast iron can be used as motor bearings of powder mortar mixer. Many such situations may occur if aluminum bearing chamber is used. Because the expansion coefficient of aluminum is more than twice that of iron, it may loosen the running ring with the increase of temperature during bearing installation. The following two methods can solve this problem:

 

1. Cast iron can be selected during installation

 

2. If aluminum bearing is selected, a rubber ring shall be used to open a groove in the bearing chamber. The groove depth is 0.8 times the thickness of the rubber ring and 1.4 times the width. It is recommended to use cast iron bearings, which is more convenient and can save a lot of things
