 1、 Daily protection and maintenance

 
1. Ensure the cleanliness of the machine and the surrounding environment.
 
2. Remove the accumulated material in the hopper in time to make the sensor return to zero normally.
 
3. Check whether the smooth oil at each smooth point meets the requirements, and the oil atomizer in the gas circuit system shall insist on meeting the requirements.
 
4. Check whether each motor and electrical appliance has overheating and abnormal noise, whether the appearance indication is normal, and whether the signal system is intact.
 
5. Often check and adjust the cylinder, butterfly valve and solenoid valve to make the opening and closing meet the requirements.
 
6. Check each system frequently. If there is ash leakage, air leakage, oil leakage and electric leakage, it shall be handled in time.
 
7. The mixer and discharge hopper shall be cleaned every four hours to avoid residual concrete consolidation and hindering normal operation.
 
8. Each shift shall drain the accumulated water inside the air compressor, air storage tank and filter, and eliminate the problems during operation.
 
9. Butterfly valve, mixer, electromagnetic air valve, air filter and oil mist shall be protected and maintained according to relevant instructions.
 
2、 Protection and maintenance of aggregate supply system
 
1. Before each shift, it is necessary to check the no-load of the belt conveyor, sort out sundries, mud, etc., tighten the screws of each part, adjust the belt deviation, and each rolling part shall roll sensitively.
 
2. The oil of the electric drum shall be changed regularly according to the requirements of the operation manual.
 
3. After six months of operation, check and supplement the smooth grease at the bearings of rolling parts, and comprehensively disassemble and replace the oil once a year in the future.
 
4. The cleaner often checks and adjusts the position of the scraper close to the belt to ensure normal material cleaning.
 
3、 Protection and maintenance of metering system
 
1. It is necessary for each shift to check and adjust the soft interfaces of the metering bucket, and adhere to the looseness in length to ensure the metering accuracy.
 
2. After shutdown in winter, all the stored water supplied by the water supply system and additives shall be drained.
 
3. If the additive pump is out of service seasonally, it is necessary to carry out backflushing brush to avoid the deposition of additives in the pipeline and pump or no solvent.
 
4、 Protection and maintenance of mixing system
 
1. Each shift shall check whether the shaft end sealing cavity, inlet and outlet of distributor and sealing pipeline are unblocked, whether they are filled with smooth grease, and whether each smooth point and reducer box have smooth oil (grease).
 
2. Each shift shall investigate whether the oil in the oil reservoir of the electric smooth pump has been used up. If it is used up, it shall be filled up in time, and no oil-free operation is allowed.
 
3. For each shift, it is necessary to comprehensively sort out the accumulated materials in the surface and inside of the mixing drum and at the discharge door, and wash them with water. The unclean adhesive materials shall be chiseled off regularly.
 
4. It is necessary to adjust and tighten the mixing blades once a week to avoid accidents caused by blade falling.
 
5、 Protection and maintenance of powder supply system
 
1. It is necessary to oscillate the oscillator in the dust removal equipment on the top of the cement silo for several times every week to remove the dust stuck on the dust removal bag (filter rod) to ensure the ventilation.
 
2. It is necessary to comprehensively sort out the inner wall of the conveying pipe at the feed inlet and the discharge outlet of the screw conveyor once a week to avoid hard caking, sundries blocking and lack of discharge.
 
3. It is not necessary to vent the cement in the screw machine for a long time.
 
4. It is necessary to inject smooth grease at the outer ball bearing at the head and the middle support bearing of the screw conveyor every four hours (there is no need to inject grease for WAM screw machine). The first oil change time of the tail gearbox is 500 hours. In the future, the smooth grease (No. 00 lithium base grease) will be replaced once a year.
