Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant Features

  All aggregates are fed into the aggregate mixed batching machine by loader, and they are weighed on a belt or in a weighing hopper. After weighing, the aggregates are dropped to belt conveyor and transported to the concrete mixer by belt conveyor.

  Modular type mobile mixing plant adopts modular design without foundation and debugging, which enables convenient and quick installation. It takes only three to five days from installation to operation. For convenient long distance transportation, the mobile ready mixed concrete plant can be divided into several standard modules, and then be packed into containers.
