JN CONCRETE MIXER

 Product features: Planetary transmission, both revolution and rotation, motion track is complex, stirring motion is intense, high efficiency, small consumption, uniform mixing quality; There is no direct contact between the material and the transmission part, and there is no wear and leakage of slurry.

Product use: Mainly used for the production of various grades of concrete, can produce from dry hard to low plastic concrete. It is mainly used for various concrete production lines and concrete mixing station, mixing building supporting host. Equipped with feeding mechanism, it can be used as a single machine.

Features of product components:

1.Transmission device The transmission device adopts motor and reducer, mixing materials in the process of contact with it, to avoid the double horizontal shaft host shaft end leakage slurry problem, and mixing process does not need continuous oil injection, will not affect the quality of concrete.

2.Mixing device JN series of mixing devices have both revolution and rotation, with complex motion track, no dead Angle of mixing, and intense mixing, suitable for mixing all high-quality concrete (dry, semi-dry and plastic concrete).

3.The mixing tank Mixing tank is composed of tank body and lining plate. In order to avoid the side wear of the cylinder, wear-resistant lining plate is installed in the whole cylinder cavity. Users can replace the lining plate according to the wear condition.

4.The discharge door Unloading door can choose multiple doors.

5.Unloading mechanism Unloading mechanism can choose pneumatic unloading mechanism and hydraulic unloading mechanism
