Design study of double horizontal shaft concrete mixer with large capacity

 A concrete mixing plant is a complete set of equipment specialized in producing commercial concrete, which is a very important machinery and equipment in construction, and the mixer is the core component of the concrete mixing plant, and its structure and performance have a significant impact on the quality of commercial concrete. Double horizontal shaft concrete mixer, with compact structure, high mixing efficiency and good mixing quality, is the mainstream model in the concrete production field. With the promotion of the national "One Belt, One Road" project and the further increase of infrastructure construction, it is more and more necessary to develop the design of high-efficiency mixers with large volume. According to the market demand, our company has designed and developed JS6000 double horizontal shaft concrete mixer with large volume, and this paper mainly introduces its general scheme design, technical parameters determination, main components design and calculation, etc. to provide ideas and methods for the design and development of large volume mixer.

The design conditions of the large-capacity double horizontal shaft concrete mixer are as follows: the mixer is designed for the HZS360 concrete mixing plant, which is fixed in the main mixing building with a design volume of 6 m3; the aggregate and powder feeding, water inlet arrangement and the design of the main cover are not included in this paper. The design of this mixer is mainly referred to GB/T 9142 -2000 Concrete Mixer for selection and design.
